What qualifies
A product qualifies when its page shows a bulk quantity break and you add at least that number of units of the same option to your bag. Different colours or options count separately. Each product has its own published breaks, and the best eligible break prices every unit in that line.
Price and availability
The product page and bag show the quantity price. The checkout review shows the current subtotal, any promotional discount, delivery charge, tax and total before you order. Prices and stock are checked again when you place the order. If something changes, review the new details before continuing.
Placing and paying for an order
Sign in, provide a delivery address and choose an available payment method at checkout. If you choose Pesapal, the order is placed only after payment is verified. If cash on delivery is offered for your destination and total, your order is placed when you confirm checkout and payment is due on delivery. You can review and correct your bag and delivery details before placing the order.
Delivery
Available delivery methods and charges depend on your address and are displayed at checkout. Please provide a reachable phone number and accurate delivery directions. Order tracking and any delivery updates are available in your account once the order is placed.
Changes, cancellations and returns
You can change quantities or remove items before placing an order. After an order is placed, available cancellation and return options depend on its payment and fulfilment status and applicable consumer law. These terms do not take away any rights you have under that law.
